Herb Crusted Pork Roast: Moist pork crusted with aromatic herbs and roasted to perfection!
Blueberry-Onion Sauced Pork Tenderloin: Pork medallions served with a compote of slow cooked onions and blueberries. Summer blueberries served a savory way!
Pork Chops with Cornbread stuffing: Thick pork loin chops seared and then baked with delicious homemade cornbread stuffing. A hearty family favorite.
Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Chutney: A taste of the Caribbean! Spicy jerk seasoned pork with a classic sweet and sour chutney.
Beef:
Barbecued Beef: Slow cooked beef with a homemade barbecue sauce, shredded to pile high on crusty rolls, or topped with cornbread and baked.
Korean Grilled Beef: Sirloin steak marinated in a garlic and ginger. Broiled and sliced or left ready for you to grill.
Texas Oven Roasted Beef Brisket: Slow cooked with root vegetables until it is fork tender
Old fashioned Pot Roast of Beef: This is slow roasted, with carrots, sweet potatoes, white potatoes and onions and delicious gravy.
Pot Roast Provencal: Slow roasted beef with red wine, Provencal herbs and root vegetables
Updated Old Fashioned Meatloaf: Made with 90% lean beef, and laced with carrots, onions and celery for loads of flavor. This is very moist and flavorful.
Barbecue Meatloaf: My meatloaf with barbecue seasoning and sauce for a delicious twist.

Italian “Soup Stew”: An award winning recipe using turkey Italian sausage (hot or mild), zucchini, summer squash, green beans and mushrooms in a tomato sauce. This is a delicious one pot meal.

Minestrone: Red beans, vegetables, and bites of pasta in a rich broth
Potato, Corn and Leek Chowder: Fresh corn cut from the cob stars in this hearty chowder.

Clam Chowder: Clams and potatoes in a light cream broth with a hint of smokey bacon

Greek Chicken Salad: Bowtie pasta with chicken, tomatoes and feta cheese. Dressed in a Greek style dressing with oregano and basil
Italian Shrimp Salad: Bowtie pasta with large shrimp, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Romano cheese and Italian vinaigrette
Coconut Crab and Shrimp Salad: Shrimp and crab combined with avocado, corn, onion, some spicy jalapeno, and a hint of coconut. Delicious!
